They are small in size and absorb for up to 8 hours and convenient to put in your pocket or purse. O.B. Tampons  are not a plastic applicator so it does not pinch and the applicator is cotton, so they are great for the environment. I will always go with O.B. Pro Comfort Tampons on my next cycle.
